Xiaochi (Chinese: 小吃) can be literally translated to “small eats”. They are delicious, packed with flavor and yet small enough to leave craving more. I hope to bring some of my favorite 'small eats'/street food from my two favorite places of cuisines China/India (otherwise known as Chindia) in addition to some other bonuses to you! Enjoy!
